OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED TEN U.S. DOLLARS ($10).

You agree that any violation of these Terms may cause irreparable harm to AUTNMY AI, for which monetary damages may be inadequate. Accordingly, we may seek injunctive or other equitable relief without the necessity of posting bond.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree that the courts located in New Castle County, Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under these Terms.

13. Waiver and Severability

No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, including our Privacy Policy and any additional terms referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and AUTNMY AI regarding use of the Site.
