2. License Grant and Restrictions You are granted a personal, revocable, limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the Site on a single device under your control, solely for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, adapt, translate, reproduce, or create derivative works of the Site or any portion thereof.
  • Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
  • Use any automated system to access, extract, or index Site content (e.g., bots, scrapers).
  • Interfere with the Site’s operations or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Site.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

3. User Obligations You agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of the Site.
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting any content or materials to us.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any access credentials associated with your account.

You may not use, copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any portion of the Site or its content without prior written consent. Trademarks, service marks, and logos appearing on the Site are the property of The Road to Autonomy or respective third-party owners.

6. Fees, Purchases, and E-Commerce Certain features or products on the Site, including those sold via Shopify or other e-commerce platforms, may require payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes associated with your purchase. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing and product information but cannot guarantee the absence of errors. All transactions are subject to the terms and policies of the third-party e-commerce providers, and The Road to Autonomy is not responsible for fulfillment, delays, or payment processing issues associated with these platforms. By making a purchase, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

7. Client Portal and Subscription Services Access to certain parts of our Services, such as our client portal or subscription content, is restricted to authorized users only. If you are provided with login credentials, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel access in our sole discretion.

8. Third-Party Sites The Site may contain links to external third-party websites. We do not control or endorse these sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Your use of linked third-party services is at your own risk.

9. Privacy Policy Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes our data collection and handling practices. By using the Site, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described therein.

10. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to any violation of these Terms. We further reserve the right to revoke access for any reason we deem appropriate, at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability. Upon termination, your rights to use the Site will immediately cease, and you must destroy any downloaded or printed materials obtained from the Site.

If you have purchased a subscription, paid membership, or other gated access product, we reserve the right to revoke or suspend access at any time without refund if you breach these Terms, if we determine that continued access would pose legal or operational risk, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. This includes access granted via third-party platforms. All cancellations or terminations of subscription access will be handled according to the refund and cancellation policy in effect at the time of purchase or as outlined by the third-party platform facilitating the transaction, if a third-party platform was utilized.

If your use of the Site includes access to a private client membership section, you acknowledge that access to such areas is discretionary and may be revoked, restricted, or modified at any time, with or without cause. We are not obligated to provide continued access, and membership privileges do not create any contractual or property right. Unauthorized sharing or distribution of membership content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your access.
